This Cookie Policy explains how Flash Sim (ESIM MADALIN LLC) uses cookies and similar technologies on this Website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences (such as language) and to function correctly. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way.
2. Categories of cookies

3. Cookies we set
- PHPSESSID (strictly necessary): keeps your session, the steps of your order and the security token of the forms. Duration: 1 hour from when it is set (on the support portal: until you close your browser).
- esimm_lang (strictly necessary): remembers the language you chose. Duration: 30 days.
- esimm_cookie_consent (strictly necessary): remembers your choice in the cookie banner (also saved in your browser's local storage). Duration: 180 days.
- esimm_cust (strictly necessary, set only if you sign in to the support portal): keeps you signed in. Duration: 7 days.
- esimm_mc (campaign measurement, only with your consent): when you open the Website from one of our newsletters, it remembers which campaign brought you, so that we can measure the results of the newsletter. Duration: 30 days.
- _ttp, _tt_enable_cookie, ttcsid and ttcsid_<id> (advertising, set by the TikTok Pixel, only with your consent): recognise your browser and session so that TikTok can measure visits and orders that come from our ads. Duration: up to 13 months.
4. Third-party services
- Stripe: payment takes place on Stripe's secure payment page (checkout.stripe.com), where Stripe uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention, under Stripe's cookie policy.
- Fonts and flags: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and flag images from flagcdn.com. We do not set cookies for these services, but your browser sends your IP address to their servers when a page loads. Icons are served from our own server.
- TikTok: only if you accept optional cookies, our pages load the TikTok Pixel from TikTok Technology Limited (Ireland). It sends TikTok your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit and your actions on the Website (for example an order), to measure and improve our ads. We are joint controllers with TikTok for collecting and transmitting this data; any further processing is governed by TikTok’s privacy policy.
5. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies are set because they are essential for providing the service you request, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Website securely. All other cookies are used only with your consent, in line with the ePrivacy rules and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 6).
6. Managing cookies
You can accept or refuse optional cookies through the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it, with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, which opens the banner again. Deleting the esimm_cookie_consent cookie in your browser settings also brings the banner back. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Website, such as the checkout, from working.
