ESIMM provides eSIM (embedded SIM) data plans for international travelers, professional truck drivers, and digital nomads. Our services allow customers to purchase mobile data connectivity in multiple countries without requiring a physical SIM card.
All payments are processed securely through Revolut Merchant infrastructure. ESIMM does not store payment card details. Prices are displayed in EUR (Euro) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may be added depending on the customer's jurisdiction.
All plans are subject to the fair use policy of the underlying network operator. Unlimited plans, where offered, are subject to a fair use cap as specified in the individual plan details. ESIMM reserves the right to suspend or terminate service in case of abuse, including but not limited to tethering beyond permitted limits or commercial resale of bandwidth.
ESIMM collects personal data (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of providing purchased services. Data is handled in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations. We do not sell personal data to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability Limitation:
ESIMM's liability is limited to the value of the purchased plan. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, business interruption, or consequential losses arising from service unavailability, network issues, or device incompatibility.
Coverage maps are provided as guidance only. Actual coverage may vary based on location, device capabilities, and network conditions. ESIMM works with leading network operators to ensure the best possible experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service in all areas.
ESIMM reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of ESIMM services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the country in which ESIMM is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
